this guy is really so crazy that he can do a great team with TFA Blitzwing, even I think TFA Random Blitzwing could be very similar to cyclonus specially in personality

I love Cyclonus (Sandstorm) from TF Armada so much 
!! Especially his evil laugh. I've only seen Armada in Japanese with English subtitles known as Micron Legend during the summer this year and I loved the show!
